The objective of this course is to challenge the traditional concepts of what motivates students and employees by presenting research on alternative incentive structures and how to build a company culture that synergizes with these incentives. Our intention is to stimulate thought and discussion on this topic to generate more creative solutions for attracting and retaining O&P talent.
