Dr. Chandan K Sen (www.chandansen.org) is a Distinguished Professor and Associate Vice-Chancellor, Life Sciences Innovation and Commercialization Chief Scientific Officer, University of Pittsburg Medical Center, Wound Care Services. Dr. Sen is a Principal Investigator of several projects including multiple clinical trials on prosthetics. His research has been continuously extramurally funded by prestigious agencies such as five different institutes of the National Institutes of Health, US Department of Defense, US Department of Veteran Affairs and the industry. Dr. Sen serves on the editorial board of numerous scientific journals. He is the Editors in Chief of Antioxidants & Redox Signaling (www.liebertpub.com/ars) and of Advances in Wound Care. Dr. Sen and his team have published over 300 scientific publications. He is the PI on DFC clinical site.
