For more than 25 years, Ron Pierce has been at the forefront of guiding Florida public policy. He began his career in 1998 working in the Florida House of Representatives and later served as Policy Advisor to Senate President Tom Lee. He has worked with hundreds of legislators, lobbyists, community activists, and civic organizations, guiding numerous pieces of legislation through both chambers. His strong dedication to his local community and to the state of Florida is well recognized. In 2006, Ron took the position of Director of Government Relations at the Tampa Bay Lightning, and in 2009 he launched RSA Consulting Group. Under his leadership, RSA has grown from one employee and three clients to its current roster of ten full-time employees, serving over 80 local, regional, state, and national clients. Public policy areas of focus include health care, economic development, transportation, professional sports and entertainment, and the state budget process.
