Dr. Gordillo is a board certified, NIH funded, plastic surgeon and scientist with a clinical practice specializing in the treatment of chronic wounds including DFUs. She serves as the Medical Director of Wound Services for IU Health providing system level leadership on wound related issues across the 17 hospitals in the health system. Dr, Gordillo serves as a Co-PI for the DFC clinical site.
