Mr. Bertram is a certified orthotist/prosthetist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetist with over 33 years of experience. He earned his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University and his post graduate certificates in orthotics and prosthetics from Northwestern University and the University of Hartford respectively. Mr. Bertram is a past president of the ABC and is the current chair of AOPA’s Coding and Reimbursement Committee. He has held a number of positions in O&P from technician to COO and currently is the president & partner with O and P Insight located in Las Vegas, NV.
