Karyn Kessler is Vice President Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at Hanger, having served in several leadership roles since joining Hanger 19+ years ago. As VP Compliance, Karyn oversees Hanger’s compliance operations functions, such as: policies & procedures, physician exclusion management, and third party risk management. She has developed numerous compliance programs addressing the highest compliance risks across the entire Hanger organization--patient care, supply chain, and distribution. As Chief Privacy Officer, Karyn developed Hanger's comprehensive enterprise Privacy program. Karyn has a clinical background in Occupational Therapy and had practiced in a wide variety of health care settings; she also holds a Master in Business Administration degree.
