This course reviews medical necessity, basic organization of a SOAP note, clinical models that can assist with note writing, and guidelines for writing a good assessment. Upon completion of this course, the learner will have a deeper understanding of clinical evaluation documentation and the ability to apply the knowledge to improve reimbursement.
