T1 - Veterinary Orthotics and Prosthetics: Fabrication Considerations for Our Domestic, Farm and Wildlife Friends

There is an increased interest from human practitioners and technicians in Veterinary Orthotics and Prosthetics. The veterinary world consists of two and four legged animals and winged birds. Different considerations for each type should be applied to achieve the best possible outcome. This presentation provides an overview of fabrication types, techniques, materials, and component selection when providing O&P services to domestic, farm and wildlife animals.
