To help you prepare for the National Assembly, the following list of frequently asked questions has been complied. If you have additional questions, contact AOPA Staff at Assembly@AOPAnet.org.

How do I register for the National  Assembly?
You can register by visiting www.AOPAAssembly.org and selecting the registration icon.  There, you can complete the online form to secure your registration. You can also download and fill out a registration form and return it per the instructions on the form. Remember to register by August 1 to receive the discounted early-bird rate.  AOPA accepts all major credit cards as well as checks for payment.

Is the Virtual portion of the Assembly included with my registration?
The Virtual component of the National Assembly is included with the Full Conference registration category. 

How many CE Credits can I earn?
A total of 36 or 38 CE Credits are available for the in-person event in Indianapolis.  Additional CE Credits may be earned during the post event virtual portion of the Assembly.  In general, you will earn one CE Credit per hour of education.  Specific rules apply to specific disciplines.  Please contact your certifying board for additional information.

Did I earn CE Credits for attending the Exhibit Hall?
Yes, you can earn 3 CE Credits from ABC and 5 from BOC.  Simply complete the Exhibits Passbook (available onsite) or the CE credit form from ABC or BOC.

Were CE Credits available for participating in presentations at the Product Preview Theater?
Yes, just make sure your badge is scanned for any presentation you attend. 

Can I register for the virtual portion of the meeting only?
Yes, you will need to select virtual registration as the registration type.


I am not an official exhibitor at the National Assembly, am I able to promote my products and set up meetings with attendees? 
No. This is considered "Suitcasing & Outboarding" and is prohibited at the National Assmbly. Read more about this company policy here.
