Team Up & Tailgate at the Welcome Reception Tailgate Party on Wednesday, September 6th during the 2023 National Assembly.
Everyone has their favorite sport/team, so shout it loud and proud during this year’s Welcome Reception Tailgate Party. Exhibitors are encouraged to decorate their exhibit space, set up games, dress up in their favorite sport team attire or show the significance of their own corporate team. Attendees will vote for the most team spirited in different categories and awards will be given during the Thursday morning general session. More on the contest here.
Your décor can feature any team sport, think Football, baseball, basketball, soccer, hockey, rugby, bowling, tennis, auto racing, golf, running, biking, cornhole or of course your own custom company team. For more information or contact Kelly O’Neill at kelly.oneill@aopanet.org.

After a full day of learning attendees will wrap up their day in the Exhibit Hall enjoying refreshments and networking sponsored by YOU! We hope you will participate and help make this an enjoyable event for our attendees. The AOPA staff has worked directly with the ICCLOS (Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium) and put together special menu options to make participation easier for you. They would also be happy to work with you in creating your own special menu item. Smaller exhibitors are encouraged to co-sponsor refreshments with their exhibiting neighbors. 2023 O&P Digital Care Showcase -- RSVP Required- SIGN UP IS NOW CLOSED!
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!
The Digital O&P Care Showcase is a hands-on event where attendees learn about your computer-based 3D design software tools. You will utilize a provided prosthetic and/or orthotic patient case (the patient file, 3D scan, and positive model), to present a fabricated mold, device, or 3D print.
Other information
• In order to participate, you must RSVP no later than Aug. 1: SIGN UP IS CLOSED
• You will receive the patient file and scan by August 15.
• The positive model will be available onsite.
• The showcase will take place on Saturday, Sept 9 at Noon to 2:00 pm (after the exhibit hall closes).
• AOPA will provide a table, two chairs, a sign and electricity for each participating company.
• You will be responsible for any equipment needed, such as a laptop, monitor, or other display materials.
• There is no cost to participate.
